Project Editing PDF Print E-mail

Project teams that have applied the Rational Unified Process® in practice may not need a project mentor on-site. These more experienced teams may still require support for ensuring process and product quality. A project editor is not present at the project site, but reviews project deliverables at specific milestones. The project team receives comprehensive feedback on the contents, quality and consistency of these artifacts.

Project editing is a scalable, cost-effective manner in which to improve process and product quality for projects that do not require on-site mentoring.
