Empulsys is a consulting firm that distinguishes itself by specializing in mentoring. We teach individuals and teams how to solve their own problems using proven best practices. We have helped a number of customers successfully adopt the Rational Unified Process® and address the challenges of organizational change. Our reputation as a leader in the practical application of best practices is verified by the fact that we are one of the few Rational partners to develop content for the RUP®.

Our specialists help project teams focus on results, by providing structure to the team and guidance to the individual. We also focus attention on managers, helping them clarify their vision and identify opportunities to improve the organization. Executives are supported in implementing strategy, by enabling the adoption and promotion of the cultural changes needed. Our unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, allows individuals and teams to become productive more rapidly, at all levels of the organization. Our customers are medium- to large-sized organizations that depend on software, and are confronted with challenges and problems they are not sure how to solve. Founded in The Netherlands in 2002, we are currently active in the financial, government, retail, defense and software development industries, in Europe and Australia.
